We understand that plans can change. That’s why we aim to make our cancellation process as clear and fair as possible.

✅ Free Cancellations

• Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund—no questions asked.

⚠️ Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to one day’s rental rate.

❌ No-Shows

• If you do not pick up the vehicle and haven’t contacted us, you will be charged the full cost of the first rental day.
