📋 Rental Requirements

To ensure a smooth rental experience and keep everyone safe, please review the following requirements before booking:

✅ Age Requirement

• Renters must be at least 18 years old.

🪪 Valid Driver’s License

• A valid, government-issued driver’s license is required for all drivers.
• The license must be active and not expired.
• Temporary licenses may be accepted with valid photo ID.

👥 Additional Drivers

• Every person who will drive the vehicle must be listed on the rental agreement and provide a valid driver’s license.
• Unlisted drivers are not permitted to operate the vehicle.

💳 Payment & Deposit

• A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking.
• A refundable security deposit may be required and will be held until the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition.

📄 Proof of Insurance

• All renters must upload active auto insurance at checkout.
• Coverage must include liability and collision.

🌍 Location & Residency

• Must provide a valid address (local or travel-related).
• Out-of-town renters must show proof of travel (e.g., plane ticket for travel discount eligibility).

💰 Security Deposit

To protect both you and the vehicle, a $200 refundable security deposit is required with every rental.

🔒 Here’s how it works:

• The $200 deposit is due at checkout along with your rental payment.
• It will be held for the duration of your rental period.
• Once the vehicle is returned in good condition, the full deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank or payment method).

• Deductions may be made for damages, excess mileage, smoking, late return, or excessive cleaning.
• You will be notified of any deductions with supporting documentation.
